BBQ Master Julian here. It's time for another good ol' fashioned American BBQ! Time to break out your sunscreen, bathing suits, and fireworks cuz it's gonna get lit 🔥🇺🇸🦅
When: Saturday, July 4th from 17:00～20:30
Where: 豊洲ぐるり公園手ぶらBBQ広場, Toyosu
As with past BBQs, we'll meet at OK Store Odaiba at 16:00 to buy veggies and drinks together before heading over.

Cover: ¥5,500 per person (covers BBQ table, food, and drinks. I buy meat and some alcohol ahead from Costco). Bring cash and pay upon arrival at the store (or bbq). We're out of oil so don't blame me for rising costs.
If you'd prefer to bring your own food & drinks, the table charge is ¥2,500 per person.

Spots: I've reserved two tables (for now), each fitting exactly 10 people. 20 spots total. Spots are strictly limited, so you MUST sign up via my website. If you don't sign up, I will not include you. No exceptions.

Important: Only sign up if you're 100% committed. I'd prefer not to ask for payment upfront. The BBQ will only be canceled if the venue cancels my reservation without a charge.
Pending Reservation System: To manage additional interest, we use a pending system:

Spots are first come, first serve. Once a table is filled, you'll be put on a pending list.
If pending sign-ups reach a full table (10 people), all pending reservations confirm automatically.
If we don't hit a full extra table, I'll reach out individually to discuss splitting the cost or other options.

If you're bringing a friend, make sure they RSVP on the website too. If we need an extra table, it'll cost ¥22,000 which will covered by the latecomers. Sign up early and we can plan ahead!

Payment is required upon arrival. No exceptions. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
